Events outside the DFW metroplex include a travel fee based on distance. Request a quote for your exact location and we'll include all travel costs upfront — no surprises.
Travel Fees — Out of City / Out of State
The out-of-state travel fee covers round-trip flights, a 2-night hotel stay, ground transportation, and per diem for one bartender. Additional staff travel is billed separately at $500/person. The travel fee is separate from the package price and covers logistics only — Janee brings or sources all bar service, supplies, and equipment.
Add-Ons
Custom signature drink creation is included in The Elite Experience and The Destination Experience packages. Add it to The Classic or The Signature for $75.
